Dr. Selwyn E. Willis, a native of Longview, Texas, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin Colleg in Sherman, Texas. He completed his podiatric medical training at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicaine in Chicago, Illinois, plus he completed his surgical residency at St. Bernard Hospital in Chicago. In 1987, Dr . Selwyn joined Dr. I. E. Willis, Jr creating a partnership which has lasted until the passing of Dr. I.E.
